I contacted Bethke Roofing to request that they come out and take a look at our asphalt shingle roof to inspect for possible hail damage. Sam and Zac, the company owner and his right-hand man, came out. They confirmed what I'd suspected, and suggested I contact my insurance company for an inspection. The insurance company wrote an estimate for an entire roof replacement. Bethke Roofing had no problem working from the insurance company's estimate, and began the job promptly. Zac took the lead of the project, setting my expectations of how the job would proceed, and letting me know the complete job would take 3 to 4 days. The workers did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each day. They worked sections of the roof, making sure it was protected from any possible damage from rain during the course of the repair. They took care to place ladders where they would cause no damage to the gutters. There was an incident of minor damage to the stucco. They brought out a repair company specializing in stucco who did a very good job of repairing the damage and retexturing the area to make it indistinguishable from the original wall. The job was completed on time, as described. Sam and Zac both reviewed the work for quality. They were both always very respectful and pleasant to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them in the future, should the need arise. See more See less
